Q: Where do your meat products come from?

A: We receive only top quality meats from local suppliers throughout Ontario.

Q: Can I order custom cuts of meat?

A: Of course! Most custom cuts can be performed upon request. Some specialty cuts may require an advanced order.

Q: Can I order a specialty meat that you don’t normally carry (such as Buffalo)?

A: Not at this time. We will only order specialty meats in commercial-sized quantities and are unable to fulfill smaller, family-sized orders.

Q: How long can I store my raw meat in the fridge before I need to cook it?

A: Different meats have different requirements for safe storage prior to cooking. Please visit for more information and free food safety charts.

Q: How do I know if my turkey is done?

A: Some turkeys come equipped with a pop-up indicator that informs you when the meat is fully cooked. If your turkey does not come with a popper, use a meat thermometer inserted into the flesh of the breast. The internal temperature must reach 185 degrees for safe consumption.
